Terms of Service

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Copycrawler LLC, operating Marketplace for AI Agents ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance by use

Any request to this site, API, MCP server or endpoint, including by an automated agent, constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The human or entity that deploys, operates or funds an agent (the "Principal") is bound by these Terms and is fully responsible for that agent's actions, requests, spending and outputs. Agents are not parties to these Terms.

2. Service AS IS / AS AVAILABLE

The service supplies data from third-party search engines through upstream APIs. The service and all outputs are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, investment or professional advice. The Principal must independently verify outputs before relying on or acting on them.

3. Payments

Payments are x402 micropayments in USDC on Base. Payments are final and non-refundable, except that settlement is not taken where the upstream call failed: we charge only on upstream success. Prices may change at any time, including during promotions; the live HTTP 402 response governs the amount payable.

The Principal is responsible for its wallet, private keys, gas, spending limits and all unauthorized or runaway agent spending. We are not a money transmitter, custodian, exchange or wallet provider and never hold user funds.

We are not liable for blockchain or network issues, facilitator outages, wrong-network payments or lost keys. All applicable taxes are the Principal's responsibility.

4. Free tier

The free tier is a revocable courtesy. It may be limited, changed or ended at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. You must not use the service for:

  • Illegal activity; fraud, spam, harassment or doxxing; surveillance or stalking; or collection of sensitive personal data.
  • Uses that violate third-party terms, intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
  • Resale or redistribution of raw data as a competing service without our written permission.
  • Bypassing payment, rate limits or free-tier limits, including identity or user-agent spoofing.
  • Abuse, load testing or attacks; weapons; child sexual abuse material (CSAM); or election manipulation.
  • Decisions about credit, employment, housing or insurance concerning individuals.

We may block, throttle or refuse any request, wallet or identity at our discretion without notice or refund.

6. Third-party content and intellectual property

Results may include third-party trademarks, copyrighted snippets, links and images. We claim no ownership of that content. The Principal is responsible for having the rights required to use it.

Send DMCA and takedown notices to info@copycrawler.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or agent-caused losses. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the amounts the Principal paid us in the 30 days before the claim or US$10.

8. Indemnification

The Principal must indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from its or its agents' use of the service, outputs, violations of these Terms or law, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Release for agent autonomy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Principal releases us from responsibility and claims arising from any action an agent takes based on our outputs, including purchases, messages, trades or code execution. We are not responsible for those actions; the Principal must provide its own safeguards.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. Sections 2, 3 (payment finality), 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 survive suspension or termination.

11. Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The seat and location of arbitration is Tennessee. The Principal and we waive class actions and jury trials. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any court proceedings permitted under these Terms, including small-claims proceedings and actions to compel or confirm arbitration, is the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

12. Changes and general provisions

Changes to these Terms take effect on posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect (severability). These Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the service. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may assign these Terms. The Principal may not assign them without our consent. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including upstream provider and blockchain outages (force majeure).

The Principal must comply with applicable export controls and sanctions. Use from sanctioned jurisdictions or by sanctioned parties is prohibited.
