Privacy policy

What we log

There are no accounts or signup. We log information needed to operate and protect the service:

• A hashed caller identity derived from IP address and user-agent.
• The endpoint, query parameters, response status and timestamps.
• For paid calls, the payment transaction hash and payer wallet address, which are also public on-chain.

Use and retention

Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for billing, abuse prevention, rate limiting and security, generally up to 90 days for request logs. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We do not use tracking cookies.

Upstream providers and queries

Upstream providers, including SearchAPI, receive the queries you send in order to fulfil them, subject to their own policies. The Principal (the human or entity that deploys, operates or funds an agent) must NOT send personal or sensitive data in queries.

Privacy requests

For GDPR, CCPA and other privacy requests, including access, deletion, correction and opt-out, contact info@copycrawler.com. On-chain information cannot be deleted by us.

Age restrictions

The service is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

Changes to this policy take effect on posting.
